(“Casino”) to terminate the Company’s founders high voting plan which allows founding shareholders of the Company (including Casino) and their permitted transferees to receive twice as many voting rights in the Company’s general meeting as the number of ordinary shares held by them and which are registered in the Company’s special founders’ share register for that purpose.
